DETERGENT COMPATIBLE ● FLEXIBLE ● HIGHLY CONCENTRATED ● SILICONE EMULSION DEFOAMER.

 A highly concentrated silicone emulsion defoamer for a wide range of institutional, industrial and janitorial foaming problems.

 For most defoaming needs only 20-200 ppm of this product is needed.  About ¼oz./gallon of water of 28ml/liter.

 For carpet extraction purposes.  It is recommended that product be added to receiving tank to defoam wash solution. 

Biodegradable, surfactants suspend & remove soils.  Hydrogen peroxide provides color safe bleaching & deodorizing.  Natural citrus penetrate oil & grease.  Multiple dilutions customized for each cleaning need.

X-TRACTION PLUS

A superior product to clean all types of carpeting including nylon, wool acrilon and other blends of carpet materials.  Be sure to test this material on an inconspicuous spot to check for deleterious effect on the carpet.

 Be especially careful with wool.

 May be used with hot or cold water.  A temperature of 120 F is recommended for best cleaning results.

Contains di-phase solvent for better soil solubility.  This product is designed to yield a pH of 7.7 to 8.4 at use dilution.

 64 to 1 dilution ratio.

Just shoot at spots or stains and watch them disappear.

 A powerful, fast acting spot and stain remover that quickly dissolves away both water and oil base soils.  Requires no rubbing, leaves no residue an will not soften carpet backing or upholstery cushions.  Excellent as a pre-spotter prior to extraction.  NOTE: Stains can become set after steam extraction or other carpet treatments.  This may require additional  application and / or sponging or may cause failure of this product.  REMOVES: Coffee, Tea, Soft Drinks, Kool Aid, Alcoholic Beverages, Oil, Grease, Mud, Catsup, Urine, Ink, etc.  Test for color fastness before use.

DRY FOAM CARPET CLEANER & DEODORIZER
