PORTABLE EXTRACTORS 

The light but strong tank is made of hand laid reinforced fiberglass with a high-class automotive finish. No sharp edges to mark furniture or walls. Switch panel features a waterproof non-conductive surface. Rocker switches glow when in the “on” position. Lids feature floating hinges and durable, trouble - free seals. Fold down handle, on 40L (10 gal.) and 20L (5 gal.) models, for easy carrying and compact storage.

Convenient hassle free power cord wrap. Hour meter (service meter) tells you the time you spent on a job and helps you keep maintenance schedules. Non-marking bumper and wheels. Rear wheels protrude at the back, to allow for mobility up and down stairs. Gate valve features replaceable seals. The drain spout rotates to guide the outgoing soiled solution into a bucket or drain. Built-in shut-off valve in the recovery tank prevents over filling and protects the vacuum motor from potential water damage.

Vacuum hose coupling is rust proof and recessed for protection from damage in transit or storage. Quick connect non-rust couplings. Swivel casters up front enable the machine to follow the operator. Deep pile carpets post no problem with the wide wheel surface.  Power module base is rust proof aluminum. The spring mounted vacuum motor is easily removed for servicing. It runs cooler because of its position and breathing capacity. Venturi opening specially designed for exhausting the cooling air from the motor winding.

The separate exhaust and silencing package prevents the recycling of hot exhaust resulting in a cooler, quieter running motor and increases the motor’s lifespan. Screw-type terminal block (enclosed for protection) simplifies wiring. Thermally protected heating element maintains water at hottest levels.
